At Emerson Hospital in Concord, the average time patients spent in the emergency department before they were seen by a healthcare professional was 58 minutes, which is longer than the state and national averages of 40 and 30 minutes, and much longer than the wait at Mass. Do these times include parking and the walk into the ER? I can easily park at Emerson and walk in the door. At Mass General, just finding parking and walking into the hospital takes a painfully long time. more ›
