And that's with no snow on the ground and sidewalks. It isn't uncommon to see pedestrians walking on the shoulder after major storms.

Nick - yes, and people cut through Cumbys or other side streets in the hopes of avoiding it, making matters worse down Reservoir ave.

ReplyYes. Another reader notified me of the error and I fixed it. I've been better about typos lately, but it's good to know my readers got my back. The difference between 1.5 and 15 percent is pretty drastic, though, so I should have caught it.
