Want an Affordable Home in Concord?

Think you can't afford to live in Concord? Well think again.

A town doesn’t always go looking for people to live in it, but that’s what’s happening here in Concord.

A three-bedroom on Elm Brook Lane is available for an income-qualified buyer, and the town has put the call out for prospective buyers of this moderate-affordable unit.

In fact, an open house will be held at 87 Elm Brook Lane from 1 to 3 p.m. this Sunday, Aug. 18 for any and all interested buyers making less than 110 percent of the Boston area median income – for this property, that ranges from about $72,000 for a single-person household up to $120,000 for a six-person home.
