5 Things: Be a Rocket Scientist ... Sort Of

A quick look at what you need to see, do and know on July 3 in Concord.

1. Build a RocketAt 10:30 a.m. this morning at Dabblers in West Concord, children ages 9 and older are invited to assemble a Payloader model rocket with parachute to take home with a motor to launch. Costs $20 and pre-registration is encouraged. Do that here.

3. Picnic in the Park TomorrowCelebrate Independence Day the Concord way tomorrow, July 4, with the Picnic in the Park, beginning at 11 a.m.
